Made just like our standard Hudson Cream Short Patent flour made from the heart of the wheat berry, except that it has not been whitened with a bleaching agent.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, enzyme added for improved baking, folic acid.
