2 1/2 cups Hudson Cream Short Patent Flour + more as needed
Directions:
Whisk yeast and sugar into warm water and let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
In a medium size bowl, stir the salt, oil and yeast mixture together.
Slowly add flour and knead until dough is soft, elastic and no longer sticky.
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
For a thin crust, divide dough into 2 equal parts. For a thick crust, use all of the dough for 1 crust.
Roll onto a 12 inch pizza pan and cover the bottom with fork marks to prevent bubbles.
Add sauce, toppings and cheese
Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
Freezer option:
Roll out the crust(s) onto a pizza pan but do NOT add toppings. Bake just the crust at 450 degrees F for 4-5 minutes, until crust is puffy but still pale in color.
