Directions:
- Cream the shortening, peanut butter and sugars together.
- Add the eggs, one a time, beating until light and fluffy.
- Combine the flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl and stir until well mixed.
- Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and blend.
- Add vanilla and mix.
- Roll the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Flatten the dough ball with a fork.
Cook Time & Temperature:
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
