Multi-purpose bun/roll recipe
Yields: 8, 3 ounce hot dog buns
- Combine flour, salt, sugar, yeast, non-fat dry milk and stir well.
- Add in water and oil.
- Mix for 5 minutes.
- Cover and let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Shape, cover and let raise another 20 minutes.
- Place shaped dough near each other on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 16 minutes (time may need to adjust based on shape/size)
