At Stafford County Flour Mills, 95% of the wheat that we mill comes from within a 20 mile radius of the 3 elevators that we own and operate in central Kansas. We think that knowing where your food comes from and how is it made is important, so we are starting this page so that you can meet some of the farmer's that grow the wheat for your flour.
