Corn Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Hudson Cream Corn Meal Mix
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sugar (Optional)
Directions:
- Beat egg slightly, then add milk and oil.
- Add Corn Meal mix, stirring only until moist.
- Pour into a greased 9x9x2 inch pan or 8 inch skillet. (Or it can make 12 muffins)
Cook Time & Temperature:
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
- For muffins, bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
