Cinnamon RollsIngredients:
Yields: 9x13 pan of rolls

Directions:
- Combine yeast, sugar, flour, salt and non-fat dry milk and stir well.
- Add in water and oil. Mix for 5 minutes.
- Cover and let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Roll into rectangle shape and spread with cinnamon filling.
- Tightly roll up and seal edges.
- Slice into 1.5-inch sections and place in greased 9x13 pan.
- Cover and let raise an additional 20 minutes.
- Bake 375 degrees F for 17-19 minutes or until tops are gold brown and center is cooked.
