Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
2 cups Hudson Cream
Self-Rising Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Directions:
Combine flour & sugar in a bowl.
Add egg, milk and oil. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened, taking care not to over-mix.
Fold in 1 cup frozen blueberries (do not defrost).
Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Cook Time & Temperature:
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
