Yields: 12 large muffins
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt, sugar and non-fat dry milk in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
- Add in water and oil. Stir just until mixed- taking care not to over-mix.
- Fold in Blueberries.
- Divide batter equally into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 minutes.
