Pie crust

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups Hudson Cream Short Patent Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Butter Flavored Shortening
  • 5 Tablespoons Cold Water

Directions:
  • Combine flour and salt.
  • Cut in shortening until mixture is mealy.
  • Sprinkle in cold water; gently toss with fork until mixed.
  • Divide in half for upper and lower crusts.
  • Store remainder in refrigerator to use later.
