Peanut  Butter  Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Shortening
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Cups Hudson Cream Short Patent Flour
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:​ 
  • Cream the shortening, peanut butter and sugars together.
  • Add the eggs, one a time, beating until light and fluffy.
  • Combine the flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture and blend.
  • Add vanilla and mix.
  • Roll the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  • Flatten the dough ball with a fork.
Cook Time & Temperature: 
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-15 minutes.
