Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups Hudson Cream Short Patent Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
  • ​Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together oats, flour, soda, and salt.  
  • Slowly add flour mixture to creamed mixture.  
  • Stir in chocolate chips.  
Cook Time & Temperature: 
  • Roll into 1.5 in balls or use cookie scoop to drop onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
