Noodles

Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 3 Cups Hudson Cream Short Patent Flour
Directions:
  • Mix together eggs, salt, baking powder, and creamer. 
  • Knead in flour.
  • Roll dough out to a thin layer and cut into strips.
  • Let the dough dry for 30 minutes before using in a recipe, or freezing.
