Garlic  Cheddar  Biscuits

Ingredients: (yields 12 large biscuits)
  • 2 cups Hudson Cream Self Rising Flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Baste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley

Directions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, milk, melted butter, and cheese.  Stir until well mixed.
  • On a grease cookie sheet, drop 1/4 cup servings of the dough. 
Cooking Instructions:
  • Bake at 450 degrees F for 12-14 minutes. 
  • Baste: mix melted butter, parsley and garlic powder together.  Brush over top of baked biscuits and serve.
