Fresh apple cake

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Hudson Cream Short Patent Flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups fresh apples, diced
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
  • Grease 13x9 inch pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
  • Combine oil and sugar; mix. Add beaten eggs. Add flour mixture; mix.
  • Fold in diced apples, nuts, and vanilla.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
Cook Time & Temperature: 
  • Bake for 50 minutes at to 350°F.
  • Serve with whipped cream.
