Corn Bread

Ingredients:​
  • 2 Cups Hudson Cream Corn Meal Mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar (Optional)
Directions:
  • Beat egg slightly, then add milk and oil. 
  • Add Corn Meal mix, stirring only until moist.
  • Pour into a greased 9x9x2 inch pan or 8 inch skillet. (Or it can make 12 muffins)
Cook Time & Temperature: 
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
  • For muffins, bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes.
