Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups Hudson Cream Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 Cup Butter Flavored Shortening
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
  • ​Cream together shortening, brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Add in flour until well mixed.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.  
Cook Time & Temperature: 
  • Drop by the teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. 
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.​
