Brownies

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla
  • 4 Eggs, Beaten
  • 1 Cup Hudson Cream Short Patent Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cups Nuts (optional)

Directions:​ 
  • Blend oil, sugar and vanilla together with mixers until well blended. 
  • Add beaten eggs; mix well.
  • Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and mix well.
  • Stir in chopped nuts (optional). 
  • Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.   
Cook Time & Temperature: 
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
