Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Hudson Cream Self-Rising Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Directions:
  • Combine flour & sugar in a bowl.
  • Add egg, milk and oil.  Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened, taking care not to over-mix.
  • Fold in 1 cup frozen blueberries (do not defrost).
  • Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. 
Cook Time & Temperature: 
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
